This qualification reflects the role of people with responsibility for the development and the outcomes of programs and services for young people managed through a range of agencies and designed to meet the social, behavioural, health, welfare, developmental and protection needs of young people.

You must complete at least 200 hours of work placement providing you with real-world skills, so you can hit the ground running.

CHC50413 Diploma of Youth Work I 21 Units | 52 Weeks | Online Study 

Course Details

Students will need to have access to a computer with internet capabilities and basic computer skills to complete the course.

As part of this course, students are required to complete at least 200 hours of work placement. 

HETC will assist students to find a suitable community services workplace in their local area.

Students are recommended to spend around 25 hours per week study.
